Under Georgia’s Cottage Food Law, we currently accept and ship orders only within the state of Georgia. Orders with out-of-state shipping addresses cannot be processed at this time.
We currently offer complimentary UPS 2-Day shipping throughout Georgia. Free shipping is subject to change at any time.
Because our cookies are handcrafted to order, please allow 1-2 business days for processing before your order ships.
UPS 2-Day service begins after your package is accepted by the carrier. Once transferred to UPS, delivery timing is outside SUGARHAUS’ control and cannot be guaranteed.
Because every order is handcrafted to order, changes and cancellations are not permitted once production begins.
Due to the perishable nature of our handcrafted cookies, all sales are final and nonrefundable.
Once an order has been transferred to UPS, SUGARHAUS is not responsible for carrier delays or lost, stolen, damaged, or misdelivered packages. Please contact UPS directly with your tracking information to begin a claim.
Always. Our cookies are handcrafted and baked fresh in small batches before being individually packaged for quality and freshness.
Our cookies may contain wheat, milk, eggs, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts. All products are prepared in a kitchen that handles these allergens, and cross-contact may occur. HAUSmates are responsible for reviewing and acknowledging the ingredients and allergen information for each flavor before ordering.
We do not currently offer cookies that are gluten-free or vegan. Because our kitchen handles wheat, we cannot guarantee a gluten-free environment.
Keep your cookies sealed in their original packaging and store them in a cool, dry place. Our cookies can be frozen up to one month (we do not add preservatives). Allow the cookies to thaw in its original packaging prior to reheating.
For a warm, soft-baked experience, remove the wrapper and microwave your cookie for about 15 seconds before enjoying.
Absolutely. Select the gifting option during checkout and include a complimentary gift message for your Georgia recipient.
