SUGARHAUS Cookies is proud to provide premium, freshly made gourmet cookies for events, gifting, and retail placement. Our cookies are ideal for events, meetings and retailers that value baked goods made from scratch. The following policy applies to all corporate, bulk, and retail inquiries.

Lead Time
Orders require a minimum of 7 days’ advance notice. Larger, custom, or retail orders may require additional lead time. Please note that a resale agreement is required for all retail orders to be processed.

Customization
Select flavors, curated assortments, and limited branded packaging may be available upon request and are subject to approval and availability.

MOQ & Pricing
Minimum order quantities apply to more than 24 cookies per order.

Freshness & Product Handling
All cookies are baked fresh and contain no preservatives. Shelf life expectations, storage guidelines, and handling requirements will be provided prior to fulfillment or retail onboarding.

Fulfillment & Delivery
Orders may be fulfilled via local delivery or shipping, depending on location and order size. Delivery method and scheduling are coordinated and confirmed prior to production.

Changes, Cancellations & Final Sale
Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, all confirmed orders are final and cannot be refunded.

Agreements
Approved retail partners and select bulk clients may be required to execute a wholesale, stocking, or service agreement outlining pricing, fulfillment terms, and brand usage.
